3 Way Interviews are conducted in Terms 1 and 3. Reports are sent home at the end of Terms 2 and 4.

These are held twice per year in first term and third term. These interviews are scheduled by the Administration staff. The interviews are scheduled after school hours. To accommodate each family, interviews are scheduled at fifteen minute intervals. Parents are asked to bring their children to the interviews. If the scheduled time is not suitable parents are asked to contact the class teacher to organise another appointment time.

Written reports are sent home at the end of each semester. These indicate each child’s progress and the expected level of achievement.
Special Needs students with specific learning difficulties are issued with a report containing teacher comments but without the graphs showing achievement levels in Mathematics and Literacy. These graphs can be obtained from the class teacher at a time when the student is not present.
